Neighborly sign-in messages help you access your account. Your number is not a public profile.

What we collect and why

When SMS sign-in is available and you request a code, we collect your phone number, consent choice, the time and source of that consent, and the version of the disclosure shown. Our authentication and delivery providers process verification and delivery information to send the requested code, verify your account, prevent abuse, and maintain consent records. Codes and passwords are not stored in the consent record.

How information is shared

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers needed to deliver the messaging service. Supabase provides authentication, Twilio delivers verification messages, and Cloudflare hosts these pages and the protected consent records when SMS is enabled. We do not sell your phone number or SMS consent.

Your choices

SMS is optional. Use Google or email sign-in without agreeing to texts. Once messaging is enabled, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. Contact hi@cofunnels.com for help, to withdraw consent, or to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Limited records may need to be retained for security and compliance.

Retention and protection

We restrict access to authentication and consent records. We retain information only as needed to provide account access, handle requests, prevent abuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Your number and consent are not included in public profiles or the fictional demo.

Current availability

Phone sign-in is being prepared for a private admin preview. This page does not enroll you in messages while sending is unavailable. These disclosures cover sign-in texts only, not marketing or future event reminders.
